Dreadful
These people would not refund me for faulty bridle. Sent two saddles eventually got bridle sent saddle back never got a refund. This company are awfully to deal.horse bought at Smiths toys told to send it back to our generation. Only to find out that these people are our generation at all. Avoid never going to buy an Out Generation toys again
