  • How long will my order take to be delivered?

Usually 3 to 5 days for Standard Delivery. We do offer a Next Working Day service at an additional charge for UK mainland if you order before 12 mid-day.

  • How do I return an item?

It’s easy. Simply package up your goods in the original packaging in pristine condition, and return it to:

  • What if my order hasn’t arrived?

Provided your goods are in stock (which we’ll tell you at the time you order) they should be with you within 5 to 7 working days. You can track your order using the My Account link.

If your goods are showing as having been delivered, or if you haven’t received them after 7 working days, do please get in touch on 01904 202 241 or email Most of our parcels are tracked so we can find out what’s happened and make sure you get your goods.

  • Can you deliver tomorrow?

Yes! If you order before 12 mid-day we can deliver the next working day (UK Mainland only) for a small additional charge.


  • What are your delivery charges?

Standard delivery (3-5 days) starts at £2.95 up to £4.95 to any UK mainland address depending upon weight..

Next Day and 48 Hour Delivery are also available for a small extra charge.

Overseas and UK Islands delivery is charged by weight and calculated at the checkout.


  • What if I’m not in to sign for my order?

Some of our orders need a signature, so it may be best to have it delivered to your workplace or a neighbour. If you are out, the courier company will leave a card letting you know how to arrange a re-delivery.
