Delivery & Returns

Mainland delivery.

Our delivery charges are from only £2.95 to £4.95 per order to a UK mainland address, calculated at checkout based on parcel weight.

IF the items are In Stock we usually despatch the same day- however Our Generation items are in great demand and we are sometimes waiting for the delivery of containers. We show approx due dates if we are out of stock. Your credit card or PayPal will be charged to reserve stock on a 'first order-first delivered' basis.

Please note that offshore UK destinations ie Islands of Scilly, Isle of Man, and Scottish Islands may incur a surcharge which is weight dependent and calculated as you enter your address in the checkout. We cannot offer next day delivery/Saturday delivery to these destinations.

We also offer a UK 24 Hour delivery service, subject to access.  If the item(s) are in stock and the order is received before 12 noon, your order should arrive with you the next working day i.e. order on Friday and we will deliver on Monday. This service is subject to credit clearance and we require a day time telephone number for our security check. This service is £7.99. 

We also offer a UK 48 Hour delivery service, subject to access. If the item(s) are in stock and the order is received before 12 noon, your order should arrive with you on the working day 48 hours after your order i.e. order at 11am on Wednesday and we will deliver on Friday. This service is subject to credit clearance and we require a day time telephone number for our security check. This service is £6.99.

Overseas delivery.

We can deliver anywhere in the world. Delivery for overseas orders will be charged by weight, the charge is calculated for you during checkout. Please contact us on +44 1904 202 241

BFPO orders.

We are pleased to be able to support BFPO delivery and pass on charges made to us under our MOD contract. You MUST select BFPO from the country field otherwise you will be charged at overseas rates.

Delivery times.

If all your items ordered are "In Stock" and "Standard Delivery" has been chosen, you should receive them within 5 - 7 days.

Orders placed with the 24 hour delivery option : If the item(s) are in stock and the order is received before 12 noon, your order should arrive with you the next working day i.e. order on Friday and we will deliver on Monday.

Orders placed with the 48 hour delivery option : If the item(s) are in stock and the order is received before 12 noon, your order should arrive with you on the working day 48 hours after your order i.e. order at 11am on Wednesday and we will deliver on Friday.

A signature may be required on receipt, so it may be more convenient for you if we deliver to your work or an address of a friend. We will send you an email when your order leaves us. This may contain a carrier reference for you to track your parcel. Deliveries can be made anytime between 8am and 7pm.

Prices and Taxes

Orders within the EU.

All prices include VAT charged at the current rate of 20% where applicable and this is chargeable on all orders within the European Union.

Orders outside the EU.

For orders outside the EU, this amount will be deducted from the cost of the goods only if the country of destination is correctly selected. Destinations outside the EU may be subject to import duty. These are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of customers to pay on or after receipt of goods.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be delighted with the quality of the goods you receive from 3F Designs Ltd trading as Our Generation World. However, if for any reason you do wish to return any items from your order, please do so within 30 days of receipt and in resalable condition for either a full refund of the value of the goods or an exchange. Refunds are normally processed within 7 days of receipt please allow longer over the Christmas period. 

Faulty Goods.

If you receive goods which are faulty or have been damaged in transit, please let us know straight away and we will either offer you a full refund or replace the goods at our cost. Unless the goods are faulty or sent in error you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. We recommend you use recorded delivery and obtain insurance, as proof of posting is not proof of receipt.

Our guarantees are provided in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.

Cancelling Despatched Goods under your rights of the Distance Selling Regulation

If the goods have already been despatched we ask you to package them up, in re-saleable condition and return them to us at your cost. Please be aware that proof of posting is NOT proof of receipt and for this reason we recommend you use a signed-for insured service. We will refund the total amount of money paid by you for the goods, less any costs to collect the goods if you do not send them back to us. We will refund you as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days of us receiving your notification.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you are able to cancel an order with 7 days of receipt. This is to allow you to examine the goods you have ordered as you would be able to do in a shop. We insist that the OG dolls and accessories are viewed as you would in a shop and that packaging is not opened as doing so results in a return which is unsaleable and will be returned back to you without refund.
